Calling all volunteers! Are you looking for a fun, new way to get involved with Wellspring Living? Trying to find the perfect opportunity for you and your friends to serve as a group? Wellspring Living’s 2012 Gala is right around the corner and we want YOU to be a part! The annual gala is always an anticipated event at Wellspring Living and this year promises to be one of the best ones yet.  The Gala theme is “The White Umbrella” and we’ll be highlighting our new book, survivor stories, volunteers, and communities who have made a difference in lives of the women and girls we serve. The White Umbrella and our gala will not only tell the stories but engages the community to do their part in walking with survivors.

Volunteer Opportunities Include:

Set Up Team: Help us set up tables and chairs, decorate the room, and prepare for the evening. We’re looking for people who are quick and efficient workers!

Greeters/Hosts: Greeters will stand in the entranceway, directing questions to registration, coat check, etc.

Registration: check in each guest and answer questions.

Parking Team: Instead of valets, we will use a parking team, who will help direct traffic and locate parking spots for guests.

Serving Team: Servers will be responsible for serving food and drinks, as well as passing out take-aways. Servers must attend one of two trainings. Servers must wear black and white attire and comfortable shoes.

Our first server training is this Saturday at the Shakespeare Tavern in Atlanta from 9:30 to 11:30 so sign up now!
