‘Tis the season to be jolly! I, personally, love the Christmas season. I know the consumerism, hustle and bustle, and the sugar high can be overwhelming, but the gift of Christmas, the birth of Jesus, makes everything else fade away.

That’s what we will be celebrating this Sunday, the immeasurable gift of Christ. At it’s simplest form, the reason we even give gifts this time of year is because we received the greatest gift of all on that day, years ago.

Although the women and girls of Wellspring Living are not having a traditional Christmas this year, they will still have gifts under the tree. Thanks to the Wellspring community, I have watched gift basket after gift basket come through our office on their way to the homes, and we could not be more thankful for your generosity and love this Christmas. A lot of our women will be away from family and loved ones this Christmas, but they will know that they are loved and cared for.

People have also been giving end of year gifts to Wellspring Living, which is a blessing that will be multiplied not only throughout our organization, but also in the lives of the giver.

Thank you for making Christmas ‘cheery and bright’ for our girls and women this year. We could not have done it without you!

If you would still like to make an end of year donation to Wellspring Living, you are more than welcome to do so here.
